I want to add that there are TONS of members here from Texas. And DFW is a big airport that supports all major cities. So I think travel would be easy for those flying. And if you get them early enough, flights aren't usually TOO expensive. I flew to NY last year for just $200.
Something else I thought of....if we plan to have vendors there, it'll be hard for them to get all their stuff there. I have blankets, and they take up a LOT of room, so there's no way I could fly with them. It would actually even be hard to drive with them, but that's what I'd have to do. So I'd only be able to go if it's within driving distance.
