Okay, what about the central US? Like Tulsa, OK (there are tons of convention areas, dog friendly hotel, big city airport, etc) OR Springfield or St. Louis, MO....OR Dallas/Ft. Worth area (another big city airport, tons of hotels, etc).
Can we have vendors too......other vendors, not just YT, but still Yorkie (dog related)......
The $5 cover charge wouldn't be bad......would venders pay more for a booth?
What are you all thinking? One day (Saturday) w/ lunch or something?
I am sure there are plenty of hotels w/ a nice big meeting/convention area that we could rent and hopefully everyone that needs to can stay at the same hotel.
Regarding a theme....hummm.....the Hawaiian one looked fun, but maybe we could do a YT theme....or the PJ one sounds cute too. OR how about a "nude" party....oh wait, that wouldn't work for us humans...sorry!

i knwo the summer is REALLY far.. but i do'nt know if fall gives ppeople enough time to save and a lot of people have kids that are in school... but by ALL means feel free to plan on in the fall! but i think it is best for this one to be given a whole year so people can have enough time to plan and SAVE SAVE SAVE (i know that will be me!!)
Theme is also open to ideas
i don't think that vendors should have to pay for a booth.. we are NOT trying to make a profit.. jsut cover the costs... so we'd only be asking the money to cover what it costs to rent a place... but we can deal with that once we have decided where this is going to all take place... we still need more of an idea about TWO- east/west or ONE- central...
