[Bella*s Mommy]

Bella has a new game...and it is VERY irritating!! When you are trying to get her to come to you she runs away. She doesn't understand the command come anyway. So if anyone knows how to teach that...that would be my first step. But this is the problem. She goes outside on the porch and usually doesn't jump off; today got bold and jumped off the step. She was running through the neighbors yards; when you got close enough to her and bent down she circled around you and ran away FAST. She does it inside too; if I am trying to get her in the crate to leave the house she runs around the house and around me in circles so I can't pick her up. Any suggestions?
