Sounds like you've done everything right. I would feed him every 2 hours, syringe him if you need to. Continue to observe him. A previous poster said if it were blood sugar it would not resovle itself on it's own, which is correct.

How were his other numbers on the bloodwork and have you notified the breeder of your situation?
