I'm so sorry, hon! So scary.
I still give Marcel Nutrical occ. and he's almost 6 mths old. The vet trip and trip home sounded really stressful for your baby, so his blood sugar could have still been in recovery later. It sounds like it could've been low....and, he's only 11 weeks, still a baby.
For the 1st 6 wks I had Marcel, I'd give him Nutrical right before he went to bed and right when he woke up, just to be sure. These little guys' blood sugar can go quick. Perhaps you might give Nutrical more regularly until your baby is 4-5 months or so?
