We were actually in the process of having our carpet torn up and hard wood floors refinished the week before we brought Sukoshi home, and we haven't had any problems with the hard wood yet...but...our finish is so new, that I guess I won't know for a bit if any of her accidents will mess up the finish over time. I know it made it soooo much easier to clean up after her while she was still training to use her pads, and now she hits the pad 98% of the time, so we love the hard wood. I think everyone has a good point about it destroying the finish over time though. I'll have to keep an eye on ours. |
