I'm SURE the A.S.P.C.A KNOW'S what they're doing.. They have to go through all the SAME training your vet would have to go through I'm sure.. You should just go by one of their mobile clinics and check it out first before you make a decision.

I also believe they would know there could be problems and would have the neccessary tools available to them just like a vet would have.
