Thanks for the tip on the pills ill call the vet today. He has never been used as a stud. Hes just a natural breeder i think lol... As for thier size and contaiminating the yorkie gene pool, im well aware they are big, but they are also extreamly healthy, and if you met the male when he wasnt howling like a mad man, you would see why we want to breed him. He is really a beloved dog in our local comunity, hes a mascot of sorts for our buisness, and there are alot of freinds and family that would kill for him or one of his puppies as a pet. So we decided to breed him to bring joy to those people with an outstanding and loyal pet. personally i dont care that they are big, were breeding for pets not for westminster, and each one of his offspring will be a gift, so were not even looking to profit off of this. Our vet also said hes so large partally because hes alot more muscular than most yorkies, we have fed him a strict diet of solid gold dog food, and he was raised by our labrador which i guess playing with her and wrestling made him alot stronger than normal. for his frame he would still be large but the vet said only 9 pounds if he were a typical yorkie... plus his mother was only 6 pounds and his father was 7, all his brothers and sisters are also much smaller, hes kind of a fluke from my understanding, which is fine i wouldnt have him any other way. but thanks for all the advice everyone and if anyone has more im all ears, i dont know how many more sleepless nights i can handle.
