I totally agree with Jen & LilBit - this is YOUR dog - you paid for those tests so that makes them YOUR tests and you should have access to them...It would make me wonder too why he doesn't want to hand them over ...I kind of think maybe you should call and speak to another vet & get their opinion on this...
& the recall guy said it's better for people to put their pets down ?? That's not encourging at all
