Jenn, so funny, I was telling hubby this the other day. The day of bath, after the blow drying and combing, she looks gorgeous and the coat is gorgeous but a few hours later, they're back to the 'rough' and 'rugged look' lol. I don't think it's the product, but perhaps they rough it too much, kinda like our hair after coming out of the salon when the hair is clean, flowing, full of bounce vs the next day blah.
