wow i didnt know that i use a retractable leash and a harness
but my retractable has a button and a lock where you can stop him from walking far and then you can lock it into place where he can only travel that far, but its nice and steady and i really like it though, but i can see where you say you can pull him back quicker,
i knew about the harness though, at first i didnt and he would always cough and i called the vet and he said try the harness and i did and he has been so much esaier to walk with and he seems to like the harness alot better to
