I have a very strange question. Wes was neutered when he was about 8 months old. I always thought that they removed his testicles during that procedure. But sometimes he has these little lumps that appear and I just don't know what they are. I've heard of vets putting some sort of synthetic balls in there, but I thought they only did that if it was requested. I never requested that...would they put them in anyway?
I'm including a picture so perhaps someone will be able to help me.
