OMG how awful !!!!!!!!!!! I think this is a very important warning and can't be said enough - I too know someone who's little 4 pound yorkie was taken by a hawk and she was only a few feet away when it happened....Shes a member here now and maybe will share her story but the first time I heard it I was in tears
.....IT can happen in the blink of an eye !!
Remember - hawks prey on Rabbits and other small creatures....a little yorkie is no challange for them....and even if they don't 'fly' off with the animal - the Talons can kill.
