My 4 months old can hold it from midnight until 6 or 7 am, but I limit his food and drink in the evening though, he likes to drink and eat a lot. Otherwise, he will have accidents in his crate for sure. He's currently just over 2 lbs.
During the day, we take him out every 4 hours or so, plus before and after meals.
