Well, if he seems healthy and isn't sneaking off to eat other things, then I would say it's fine. He just might not be hungry in the middle of the day, or maybe he's eating so much in the morning that it lasts him till dinnertime? Anyway, after 1 year most dogs only eat 2 meals a day.
(Just FYI, Nutri-Stat isn't good to give ALL the time. It spikes the glucose levels, which obviously come down after awhile and then you're back at square one. Sort of messes up the body's natural system.)
