My yorkie is also on Denosyl, and I just wanted to let you know that by crushing the pill, it is losing all of its effectiveness. That pill has to be given whole and on an empty stomach. It should not be crushed, chewed, or split in any way. If it is, it's as good as not giving him any at all. Just thought I'd let you know. Most people don't know that, and the vets often fail to tell the patients this. Usually on the box, it will say this information.
