Scruffy had a bad evening - temp was 103.9 last night.
I called the Vet - I had to give a cold bath & put alcohol on his feet to bring temp down.
Couldn't Blow Dry his hair - he was shivvering - had to keep wrapping him in dry towels.
We went to the Vet this morning. His temp is down to 102.4 now.
His blood tests show what seems to be an infection in the Liver.
The only way to know for sure is a Liver Biopsy.
The Vet does not want to do a Liver Biopsy unless it was absolutely necessary.
He seems to be a little better now compared to yesterday.
They sent Scruffy home with 3 drugs to take - Baytril, Centrine & Flagyl
Some Hills Presciption A/D to add to his kibble because he has no appetite.
