this forum has come through. Toto has an appointment with his favourite groomer and she will trim the necessaries for summer and I will keep up the good work. We had Totie to the vets twice for this problem and the cost to find out why he was so constipated was prohibitive
Now I realize it was a poo plug and will be more observant in the future.
