Hi Sheila! The green light means that person is currently online. The exclamation point in the triangle is used to report an inappropriate post - that's why you won't see the triangle on your own post, just everyone else's.
Edit - ok, I just checked and there IS a triangle on your own post. Why the heck would anyone write something then report themselves??
