Is your mattress protector treated at all? You could also double up on the mattress protector or if she tends to go in the same place, put a wee wee pad under the mattress protector. Are you seeing any urine stains on the mattress?? The last resort would be to get a plastic mattress protector, but those aren't very comfortable...........
