Thanks for all the advice and kind words. Earlier today, I was taking Vickie to the store with me in the carrier and this woman was all where is your dog?!
So, I said she's sick and in my carrier. She opened it and tried to take her out! I closed it and walked off. After I got home I told my mom and went to class to take my final. When I get home my mom tells me she saw the nieghbor and her sister and said to please not hold our dog, we have to train a special way. This woman starts crying and screaming.
I reeally think this woman was mentally unstable because apparently her sister had no prob with what my mom said.
