That's awful, i'm glad she got her dog back.

I don't use a tag that someone can read at a glance. Instead I use those little brass barrel tags that are quite tricky to unscrew, with the little slip of paper inside on which you write your contact details. It not only means someone has to take time to unscrew, but if you're away from home with your dog you can put details of where you are staying on another bit of paper.

I also don't put the dogs' names, just my name & cell phone number. That way it's harder for them to get the dogs trust by knowing their name.
