After three days in the shelter she started vomiting and getting diarrhea. The folks at the shelter made it sound like she was an aids patient or something. We're keeping her quarantined from our other dog in the basement (don't worry it's a finsished basement with dog bed, blankets and a crate with a blanket too.) Right now she's snuggling with my wife in the downstairs bedroom. So things look good, our boy Freddie has heard her bark but is really being pretty cool about things. So we'll see how things go. |
