What a great site you have!
My name is Mary and I am the proud mother of a 4 yr old retired breeder named Bella. She has owned me now for 8 months. I love her long hair and have done only minimal trims. (around the eyes, experimenting with the ears, bootie). My problem is twofold, she is not potty trained very well so sometimes she takes forever to sniff just that right place outside. (I tried puppy pads with NO interest at all). In preparation for those mosquito filled southern summer nights I got her a playpen to go potty in. If I put it in the grass, I cant tell whether she's done her business or not. If I put it on the cement she steps in it and smells.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. I know I need to do something with the long hair on the feet and legs....
