Yes, it would absolutley bother me. I remember when my kids were babies and toddlers, it amazed me the ppl that would stop and try to pick them up or lean over the buggy in stores and try and kiss them
Its hard to do, but when someone crosses that boundary, emotionally challenged or not, they need to be told, "No"!
