okay I would be very annoyed and ask her politely not to pick her because the reason she is outside is to get exercise by walking!!!
Is this an adult?? Does she live with someone else that maybe you could talk to ?? I personal am the type that would tell her when i saw her coming towards me and my fur baby..Look but don't touch!!! and stand between her and my baby!!!!
