I've only had Verison for a few months and have already had a beef with them. Right off the bat I started getting text messages that were the most obscene things you could ever think of! I asked for a new phone number and thought the transition went smuttily. (I've only had a couple of them on the new number.) Anyway my husband has paid the bill for me so I really wasn't looking at them. THEN when I do I see that they are overcharging me by at least$100.00 I made him straighten it out. What had happened is that BOTH phones were on my account and I was paying for someone else's phone. They must have given out that number immediately! I think they ought to wait at least 6 mo.
My husband said the women he dealt with was super and they had it taken care of in an hour or two.
The reception I get is really great! No dropped calls, I can hear and be heard and no dead zones like I had with Cingular. |
