I don't know if you can tell or not, but in the post above, the very first picture.....his hair is super silky, dark and beautiful....picture it has if a harness vest was on him...where that harness vest would end, that is where his hair gets silver and seems more cottony then silky....if he HAD a harness vest on, normally this hair back here is thick and sticks out...making it look like he has a big behind...oh my!
so, I think I definitely need to nourishment back there.....something that will lay it flat (so it isn't has puffy) and something that will nourish the hair.

I don't know if you can tell very well, but his hair gets wavier in the back and isn't as dark.
