I had my hubby look at your pictures, he says definitely all Westie! Also, I just looked at your second picture (I had only looked at your first)...he looks like his fur is going to come in and have a normal looking Westie coat, not wirey like his first picture appears. He is very cute! I will try to find pictures of our Westie at that age...she also had those ears and was more wirey. Start young with his grooming so that his Westie coat will come in nicely.
