TLC....what a lovely thing you've done helping out Tahoe. You and I both know how hard it is to come up with the money to care for our pets when a large expense arises.
I wasn't going to get involved until Tahoe's response. She may have a "language" barrier but she sure as heck knows how to be nasty when she really shouldn't be!
Just another point....in your thread TLC you said she's looking for a puppy for her friend who LIVES with her but yet in her response this afternoon she says the "friend" is there every other day.
