I've been to Sandals in Jamaica and you're right, it's the best. There's all sorts of activities, you don't need cash on the resort as it's all inclusive (think liquor from the time you wake up until you go to bed). It's extremly romantic (they set up dinner right on the sand next to the water, live jazz to dance to outdoors, etc etc)
