I was married in St. Lucia back in 2002. It's an amazingly lush island with beautiful people. I was married at Sandals Regency in La Toc. There are now 3 Sandals resorts on the island (Sandals Halcyon, Sandals Regency and Sandals Grande).

I would suggest St. Lucia (partially because I was married there but also because of the beauty), but if I were to do it again, I would go to a small intimate resort or cottage type setting for romance. In fact, my DH and I are looking to go back in 2008 and we've decided to stay at a very small cottage down by the Piton volcanoes.
