Maggie is 4 months old and trained to potty outside. Your baby should be very easy to train, since the bladder muscles are already strong. Take him outside (On A Leash) after meals, naps and playtime. Give him the word you want to associate with doing their business. I use PP and Potty. Repeat this word over and over, while you are outside. When they start doing their business, praise him verbally, using the bathroom command and their name. Take him immediately back inside for a treat. Lots of praise will work everytime. They love tiny pieces of cheese. We call it a "PP TREAT". Now Maggie rings a bell on our back door knob. Sure helps when you are in the other part of the house. I will go to her when the bell rings. Sure enough there she sits waiting for me. Good Luck. Hope this helped.
