I will tell you I do know a lot about pedigrees and most dogs behind them......I've made it my life study....
But, if memory serves me correctly....the featured breeders list was developed because a few took exception to the fact that Admin put a 10 week old limit on puppies before they could be listed on the yorkies for sale and wanted forum. I do remember there was much offense to that rule. Those that took offense wanted a Forum where that rule wouldn't be imposed.
