I understand why you are frustrated, seeing as you are a 'Featured Breeder' I went to that section and read the rules and requirements again. I only saw 3 'standards' that you have to account for: 1) $50/yr 2) Have been breeding for a year (so that can be one litter?) 3) Offer a 1 year health guarantee.
Are there other standards you are being required to meet that I am overlooking? I'm just trying to make sure I have a complete understanding of the section/title.
