My vet lets his 3 dogs sleep with him.
When I was 10 yrs old our St Bernard slept in bed with me starting when we got him at 8 wks old. (The only time he didn't sleep with us was when he had distemper and my mom slept with him in his condo outside.)
Our 3 sleep in bed with us, and they are on the couch and chairs.
I put 8 wk old puppies in bed with us. They wake me up to go potty or to eat. Never have had a problem with one soiling the bed.
I put a footstool or ottoman next to the couch or bed to help them get up & down. |
