I soooo agree with this advice. Medicine alone is not going to do it. My heart just breaks for you and little Rio. At this time, I truly believe that UT is Rio's only chance. If he would agree to pay for the surgery, then someone on here who is close to Knoxville, may agree to foster Rio and make sure she gets the care that she needs.
My prayers go out for you and Rio.
