You could be developing a sty under your eyelid. I have seen those before. Does your eye itch? Usually allergy related eye problems itch. Are you using antibiotic drops/ointment in your eye? Try not to touch your eye much. I think you need to go an eye doctor tomorrow. Also my eye swelled up like that and hurt and one of the docs I worked with in the ER told me to wash my eye lid where my eyelashes are with baby shampoo 2-3 times a day because one of the ducts was blocked with cheesy stuff. It worked too. So you might try that.
