Tomorrow starts a new week - she'll be left home a lot - and in a kennel. I don't have a choice - I really, really wanted her in a good home by then. i haven't been around my laptop all day and am just now reading the updates here. my aunt isn't the kind of person to not call you back. I am sure she will let you know even if she decides against it. She has a huge heart and if she can't take her, I am sure she will help you find someone that can. I have not talked to her but am planning on calling her a bit later. You could call and follow up with her too, I am sure she wouldn't mind. and she will be honest with you if she decided against it. How did she sound when you talked to her? My aunt is not a big phone person so she doesn't talk a lot and doesn't really have a lot to say when she is on the phone
some people are just that way. but she is extremely sweet and a very honest person so I am sure she will not leave you hanging. I know her husband is gone a lot, maybe she just hasn't had a chance to talk to him.
did she give you her number? if so, just give her a call if you haven't heard from her in a couple of hours. Tell her that you do not mean to be pushy but you really need to find her a home due to the traveling you are about to do and finals and stuff. she will understand.
I really hope something works out for this girl...sounds like she is very precious. when I told hubby about it all, he got so angry and said that dog lovers need to come up with a system, a way to educate the public about breeders like this and a way to help people identify these types of breeders. This way, eventually, they can be weeded out. if no one supports what they are doing, they cannot stay in "business". I really wish it were realistic to do this. I would love to dedicate my entire life to the future and well being of these innocent babies. just really don't know where to start or who to talk to.
