Well said, and THANK YOU for saying this! I'm not a breeder, and rarely venture over in that section; but recently had a friend who rescued two females from NC and their situation just breaks my heart. The six y/o female has already had
four litters. The
thirteen y/o female has had ELEVEN litters!!!
These poor ladies were nothing but puppy mills!!
