Yes, it should be gaurenteed.....BUT

Different states have different laws...in New York for example..it's only 14 days....UNLESS they provide papers signed agreeing to a one year health gaurentee for hereditary illnesses.

I never signed any papers but the guy in Queens worked with me and in the end, was very sad and understanding for me as well

I had Rio for a month and me, my boyfriend, and Sammie (yorkie) were very attached!!

In memory of Rio....here's a video clip of when I first got her .....

She's the little one and the other guy being a camera hog is Sammie

(You can almost see some signs of liver shunt in her....when she sits, she's very un-balanced and dis-oriented....as weeks went by, she got worse...)
