Question... I agree with Chatties mom that the best first approach is to offer to volunteer and possibly help educate the owners about this. BUT how do I do this in a non-confrontational way? It is hard to say "your kennels are FILTHY and DISGUSTING" in a nice way. Ironically enough, the owner was just in the place where I work and I spoke to him about volunteering to clean the puppies cages. He has no clue- he thought I was doing it to be around the puppies, when in reality that is not the case. He said he would check into letting me possibly volunteer. I didn't really try to confront him, as I am trying to gain trust so he will hopefully listen and realize I am trying to help, not judge.
