I think they make drops that you can put in their water to help them with anxiety. My fletcher shakes at a lot of things too. Hes petrified of running water in the kitchen sink and the dishwasher! Whether Im loading it or running it through, he shakes the entire time! He shakes when I need to put a trashbag in the barrel.

Other than that, he jumps at everything! Last night my bf was laying on the couch and his foot was brushing against a leaf of a plant and fletcher was out of his mind.... shaking and jumping and kept looking over and then at me until finally he curled up on my lap as far away from the plant as he could get but still being on a person! This is the same plant he walks by 50+ times a day, its right beside the door to go out! Go Figure!

Wish I could help with your babies fears though!
