FOX news is big on helping animals as we saw with Brushy creek - also Inside Edition may want to do something on horrible pet shop conditions - they have segments on animals too - but if you CAN get pictures - that gets peoples attention fast....
The Houston Animal Cops I dealt with (when I reported the dog in a neighbors yard) were at their house in less than 48 hours - they told me the photos were what did it. I still have the pics on my computer and they look just as horrible as they did the day I took them
