Thanks Villette! I am going to try and get a few pictures if I can.
I am also going to call Humane Society as well, since my Emails have gotten nowhere!! I wish I could go in there and take them- I just spoke to a friend that lives in that city, and I guess they are notorious for having sick puppies. Why in God's name then can't they be shut down???!!!!!! This is SO frustrating!!!
