i am not sure but i hope someone can help you out. can you look on the computor where you are and see what registries are out there? i am pretty sure they have papers in germany b/c people here in the us have adopted puppies from germany.
i really don't know anything about germany but i think if you called around to some other breeders, they might be able to help you
