the frankster has those also, he has his k 9 teeth or his long pointy ones on the bottom like that and the vet said to give him a couple months and if no movement than he would have to pull them, so we are on the waiting list for surgery beucase the vet is the only vet near us and the nest town over so he is way backed up but he said he can pull his teeth and justhave him neutured at the same time, so that way he wont have to charge twice for puting him to sleep and office visits and such, so he gets netured in june end of june so we will have to wait until then and he said its ok as long as its not bothering him we can wait till then , but he has had bad breath and i think that maybe why i dont know but his breath smells aweful

but i would at least have them checked out and if they need to be pulled then do it you can search for pictures maybe on here or google of dogs with neglected dental care and the outcome is horrible.

so just ask the vet and see what he recommends
