I personally have bought from Rena and LOVE her products and her quality but if I was a first time buyer and this happened, it would leave a horrible taste in my mouth. How about we show a little equal support to both of our fellow YT members.
Thx for offerring some support, but please dont stick your neck out for a friend..I have taken alot of flack about this post and i will continue to stand my ground with or without support. I have not received any word from her about a refund and if this is how she does business I would rather just let those who doubt me find out for themselves. I have already said I could take pictures, and do what ever necessary to fix this, but that doesnt seem possible with her. I dont understand why Im the one getting attacked for being honest and voicing my honest opinion though. And yes I was defending myself here and not once have I used bad words or make any false statements, I have choosen my words carefully or have tried to, I dont think me saying that its unfortunate I cannot say Im a happy customer and letting others know about poor quality experiences is a bad thing. I'm sooo sorry if some of you happen to disagree, but I'm entitled to defend myself and let others know aren't I???
