I just felt I had to say this.

I think its fine to come on here and give a review on YT but when you are trashing a well loved business that has had a good rep for more than 20 years be prepared to back up everything you claim with some proof.
You claim she doesnt stand behind her products but everythign she has said here on YT or has posted on her website says otherwise to me. I think its wrong to say Rena doesnt stand by her products when she even posted her on YT saying she would give you a refund (am I the only one who read that post

) if you sent the items back but you threw them away. You also said in one of you post "why wont she compromise" well IMO I think she is, big time. Please dont take this personally, but I feel it is you that wont compromise. You now say you would get them out of the trash and send them back but was that after Rena had to come onto YT and defend herself? Just wondering. Us YT members will really never know the true sequense of events which really makes a difference on what really happened here. I initially wasnt trying to takes sides and Im not trying to offend you but both sides of the story are not adding up and based on the post I have read in this thread it looks like Rena has done her part and tried to fix the situation but you keep fighting it. I know you dont want anymore of her diapers but Rena has a refund policy listed on her website, wether you have visited her actual website or not does not really qualify you for an exepmtion from her policy. Now yes I can understand you not wanting anymore diapers if all 3 really did fall apart immediately and it looks to me that you have already worn Rena down and she said she would give you a refund, if you would just return the item, so I dont get why that is mentioned over and over again that she wont refund you, this is where I feel you keep fighting her. And one more thing- if lots and lots of people love her products and highly recommend her, why not give her the chance to replace your diapers? Just take a chance on her, lots of YT member put a lot of faith in her, why cant you compromise and give her a second chance? It seriously could have been a fluke with your 3 diapers. Maybe it was an old weak spool of thread that sat on a shelf at a warehouse and she happened to be the lucky person to buy it and make those diapers with it, I know that sounds farfetched but who knows. Old thread can cause weak seems. You could at least compromise a little and adhere to her return/exchange policy, let her make you new ones. You dont want to seem to give her a chance to make this right. Thats just my opinion and like I said I really dont mean to offend you, Im hoping I can just possible add my perspective to this based on the 5 pages I have read.
