Oh I am just so sorry to hear this
I really wish that you guys could have worked it out because she truly does have some great things
We have several outfits from her - some that we have had for almost a year and they are still in excellent condition. I am not calling you a liar, and I understand you being frustrated if your things fell apart but I am just thinking that maybe something happened (meaning a, honest, human mistake) when she made the diapers. I don't know about the refund thing, but as for the quality of her items I just think that it HAD to be an honest mistake/accident. I am just so sorry it came to all this
